I started playing guitar at age 13, and haven’t put it down since.

In my now 17 years of playing, I’ve had the opportunity to do some really cool stuff. I’ve shared the stage or supported the likes of Dweezil Zappa, Living Colour, Dance Gavin Dance, Hail the Sun and Ozomatli, to name a few. I’ve been lucky enough to tour the US twice with Body Thief, and thus to see practically the entire country on the road in a van with some of my favorite people. I’ve lived in a guitar shop for 2 years while supporting myself through 4 weekly solo jazz guitar residencies. I’ve had a lot of fun, and I plan on having a lot more.

I fell in love early on with everything that music has to offer, both on and off the instrument. I love exploring the depths of my inner world on the guitar, as well as processing the outer world around me. The music and art communities have provided me with a rich life of friendships with people just as odd as myself. Our shared passion for the pursuit of that ineffable ‘thing’ we are all chasing, yet none of us can really define, is what brings us together and creates memories I’ll cherish forever.
